Job Description

Responsibility:

Ÿ Client side PC workstation software and hardware problem debugging and resolving in Office IT operation;
Ÿ Cooperating with global team to deploy new workstation related technology, including new version image deployment;
Ÿ Provide high quality solutions to end user’s technical questions;
Ÿ Operating and managing varied servers built on Microsoft and Unix platform;
Ÿ LAN/WAN Network equipment configuration and debugging.

Requirement:

Ÿ College degree, major in Computer Science or related field; 3-5 years multinational company working experiences
Ÿ Good at English communication, both verbal and written;
Ÿ  Skilled and familiar with Windows and Unix system( Sun Solaris, HP Unix, etc.);
Ÿ Have various experience of solving PC hardware/software application problem;
Be familiar with telephony system
Ÿ Sound knowledge and skill in Network Infrastructure (LAN/MAN);
Ÿ MCSE and CCNA/CCNP is preferred.
Ÿ Strong self-working and solving problem capability under pressure;
Ÿ Keen self-studying capability, willing to learning new technology;
Ÿ Diligent and positive working attitude.


The successful candidate will have a strong grasp of the SIP, VoIP, IMS, IP Conferencing, telecom network infrastructures, and other related markets.  In addition, you should be able to effectively articulate customer needs into business requirements, manage cross functional teams and drive successful product development and deployments.
Job Responsibilities:
•        Work closely with Product Marketing, Business Development, Sales, and partners to define market-driven products and features
•        Develop, prioritize, and communicate product requirements in line with product strategy through the creation of Product Specifications Requirements
•        Lead cross-functional rollout team to successfully launch product working with Engineering, Q/A, Operations and Sales
•        Provide cross-functional leadership by managing through influence (rather than authority)
•        Serve as product evangelist presenting product roadmap and product features to internal and external audiences

Experience:
•        The successful candidate will have a 3 to 5 years experience in Product Management, focusing on software / applications.
•        Strong familiarity with the converged IP communications industry landscape is a must, as well as with associated technologies including Network resources, Parlay X, SIP, Voice over IP, and Presence and Messaging technologies.
•        Demonstrated track record in the full range of product management activities including: market opportunity evaluation, business case, product definition, go-to market strategies, team leadership, and product lifecycle management.  
•        Tangible experience in delivering SIP, VoIP and/or related solutions to customers and the market  
•        Strong writing, communication and leadership skills are a must.


Solution Sales Specialist(shanghai)
Job Specification

Responsibilities

The Solutions Specialist is responsible to provide business expertise, product & services expertise, and appropriate technical support to assist the Sales Team through all stages of the Solution  sales process.  In conjunction with Sales Account Managers, Professional Service and Managed Services:

        Act as a single point of contact for the Solution Group and be 100% responsible for the quota of the Solution
        Build a pipeline of storage-related sales opportunities across a set of accounts
        Identify and qualify product, services, and upgrade opportunities within an account – which is either on the existing Datacraft account base or new opportunity
        Develop and present innovative solutions to customer requirements, pain points, growth challenges, etc.
        Demonstrate and communicate the technical and business benefits of Datacraft’s storage offerings
        Overcome technical and business objections of potential customers
        Manage new customer product and service delivery expectations
        Build and maintain business relationships with key customer on specific Solutions focus
        Train, communicate, and share technical knowledge with the regional solutions team and across the country/regional sales organization
        Collect and assist in the analysis of customer and competitive information
        Assist in the preparation and staffing of marketing activities such as seminars, conferences, exhibitions, etc.
        Interface with Solution alliance partner in the local country
Required Education & Experience

        Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent technical discipline and/or experience
        Minimum of 5 years of industry related product marketing, sales, or business development experience
        Proven ability to work with a sales team and provide technical leadership
